About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs, and develop care plans to address these needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
  • Kindness, empathy, and a genuine interest in older people's needs and well-being.
