About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting independence and dignity.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying and addressing residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, providing regular updates and ensuring open dialogue.

Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
