Position Overview
Join our dedicated team at ECL as a Speech and Language Therapist, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable adults. This position offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment.


Compensation:
Up to £49,000

Work Location:
Essex (with flexibility for home-based work)

Employment Type:
Permanent, 37 hours per week (part-time applications are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, your primary duties will include:
- Providing expert support to vulnerable adults across various ECL Day Centres in Essex.
- Offering Speech and Language expertise to staff, ensuring high-quality care.
- Facilitating and developing training focused on improving communication accessibility.

Candidate Requirements:
To qualify for the Speech and Language Therapist role, you should possess:
- A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Valid HCPC Registration.
- Membership in the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
