We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Service for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

As the OFSTED Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering services that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support the well-being and development of our young people.
  • Leading a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • Ensuring the service is fully compliant with The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
