We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist with a robust understanding of practices within a manufacturing environment.

This role will be situated within the Human Resources division, focusing on enhancing the EHS standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site audits to ensure compliance with ISO14001 standards
  • Completing necessary legislation and compliance documentation
  • Assessing production ergonomics
  • Facilitating 'new starter' site orientations
  • Collaborating with the facilities team to perform site inspections
  • Implementing corrective measures for any Environmental and Health & Safety issues
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar position such as SHE / HSE / ESH officer, advisor, or manager
  • Background in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification
  • Strong knowledge of ISO14001
  • Experience in conducting both internal and external audits
  • A self-driven individual capable of working independently
