About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker - Live In to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to our client with a spinal cord injury, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with domestic tasks and social activities, including driving the client's vehicle
  • Work alongside another carer for the client's morning and evening routines
  • Support the client's independence and promote their well-being

Requirements

  • Previous care experience, preferably in a live-in setting
  • Full clean UK driver's license
  • Kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a commitment to continuity of care
