Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Natural Gas Analyst to join our research team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining our proprietary supply-demand models for the European gas market.
  • Sourcing and analyzing relevant information to inform our market views.
  • Contributing to the development of our team's market insights.
  • Writing high-quality analysis reports to a high standard of written English.
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts to exchange market information.
  • Presenting our views to clients and prospects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • A keen interest in energy markets.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • An excellent standard of written English.
Desirable Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Econometric and statistical modelling experience.
  • Experience analyzing the gas market.
  • Good presenting skills.
  • Technical/data analysis skills such as Python, R, Eviews etc.
  • Fluency in some European languages.
