Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Farrans Construction is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project expenditure and provide cost projections.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize value and minimize cost.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a construction QS role.
  • Strong understanding of modern building techniques and construction contract conditions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software.
  • Education to degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
