About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital. As a key member of our Pre-Assessment clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our clinical team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Patient Care: Assist with the preparation and care of patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize your organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant healthcare field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
