About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHR - LIMS Integration Analyst to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in implementing our real-time end-to-end Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing internal support for our externally hosted digital pathology tracking and reporting system.
  • Scope, plan, deliver, and maintain integrations between our digital pathology tracking and reporting system and external parties, including NHS Trusts.
  • Develop technical requirements documentation, integrations design, and governance processes, including HL7 interfaces and approval processes.
  • Manage the deployment and integration of new digital capabilities into our business, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing operations.
  • Define and create a system business readiness plan, considering IT deployment, data migration, and business activities required for integration.
  • Assist the user community in transition support and change planning, and liaise with the project team.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of histology and cytology laboratory and process workflows.
Requirements
  • Digital pathology experience within histology and cytology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of histology and cytology laboratory and process workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare technologies, including LIMS, LIS, Digital Pathology, and MEDITECH.
  • Understanding and management of HL7 interfaces.
  • Experience planning and implementing organizational systems integrations.
