We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Loss Adjuster to join our team at MBA. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agricultural claims from cradle to grave.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations to establish cause of damage and extent of loss, setting a strategy with the customer for case conclusion.
- Work closely with the internal team to understand and prioritize what matters to the customer, ensuring quality visits take place.
- Continuously review claim activity to identify potential blockages and reduce failure demand.
- Take sole responsibility for every claim personally handled, enhancing the customer journey by ensuring all parties are kept informed.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, brokers, agents, and suppliers to ensure seamless claims handling service.
- Represent the company as the customer-facing representative, upholding their ethics and values.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Loss adjusting background with experience handling large caseloads and losses up to and in excess of £100K.
- Ideal possession of Insurance qualification (ACII or ACILA), with a commitment to study and gain knowledge.
