Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to enhance our team. Our reputation in the industry is built on our involvement in significant residential projects, educational facilities, healthcare buildings, and various multi-functional developments. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting load analyses, selecting appropriate materials, and crafting durable designs.
  2. Collaborating with colleagues to refine precast design solutions and coordinating with fabricators to ensure accurate delivery of fabrication details.
  3. Working autonomously with minimal oversight.
  4. Managing a diverse range of project types, including client engagement, financial oversight, and quality assurance.
  5. Supervising junior engineers and technicians in the preparation of design and project documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate will possess:

  1. Practical experience with renovation projects, including evaluating existing structures, suggesting modifications, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  2. Expertise in designing steel and reinforced concrete frameworks, along with experience in mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
  3. Knowledge of precast concrete systems is a plus.
  4. Active participation in a recognized professional institution's training pathway, with chartered status or nearing chartership.
