Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and their storefronts, providing exceptional service and support.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and goals to maximize potential.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Source and onboard new clients, managing the entire onboarding process for their first launch and ongoing.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, delivering regular updates and insights.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success role or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce is preferred, with a strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using a CRM system (Hubspot preferred).
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities and roles.
- Confidence, with accurate and clear communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to understand data and reporting.
