Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the independence of vulnerable children and providing them with a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily needs of vulnerable children, including their physical, emotional, and educational development.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and independence of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.
