Renal Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Dialysis Nurse to join our Diaverum bank in Crawley. Our bank offers flexibility to choose shifts and clinics, allowing you to work in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow care programmes for renal patients, including initiation and termination of dialysis, providing stable clinical care and emotional support.
  • Administer medications, fluid therapy, or other treatments as per Consultant instructions, ensuring clinical activity is documented in patient medical records.
  • Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patients, preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes.
  • Provide treatment to assigned patients, ensuring high-quality care at all times.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Awareness and understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
  • Positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective delivery of care
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
