We are seeking a qualified Dialysis Nurse to join our Diaverum bank in Crawley. Our bank offers flexibility to choose shifts and clinics, allowing you to work in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow care programmes for renal patients, including initiation and termination of dialysis, providing stable clinical care and emotional support.
- Administer medications, fluid therapy, or other treatments as per Consultant instructions, ensuring clinical activity is documented in patient medical records.
- Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patients, preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes.
- Provide treatment to assigned patients, ensuring high-quality care at all times.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Awareness and understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
- Positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective delivery of care
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
