Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute chemistry strategy for our unique pipeline of small molecule projects targeting disordered proteins.
  • Lead a team of chemists and collaborate with other scientific leaders to advance first-in-class projects.
  • Prepare and present scientific progress, strategies, plans, resources, assumptions, risks, and data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Research Informatics team to build effective database management systems.
  • Guide overall chemistry strategy and work with biology and other scientific leaders to ensure overall program success.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in chemistry and drug discovery, with expertise in protein modelling approaches and structural bioinformatics.
  • Experience in leading chemistry teams and developing chemistry strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
