We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a Health and Safety Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health and safety within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and report on health and safety performance to senior management.
- Liaise with external bodies, such as regulatory authorities and auditors, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
