About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Tower Hamlets. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and providing individualized support to pupils in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs
  • Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and resources
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • DBS clearance on the updated service
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
