Nursing Home Operations Director

Akari Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our residential care home, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Care Delivery: Oversee the delivery of person-centered care, ensuring that residents' needs are met and exceeded.
- Staff Development: Support the development of care staff, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care, NMC registration, and a valid PIN.
- Experience: Proven experience of working in a healthcare setting, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
