p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The successful candidate will have recent clinical placement in an acute setting and a genuine interest in cardiology. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. They will also assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.
