Senior CRM Executive

**Role Overview**

Harnham is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to join one of their 3 key CRM functions. As a Senior CRM Executive, you will work on the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, specifically focused on new or lapsed customers, offering you the chance to be creative and drive greater personalisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work on the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, specifically focused on new or lapsed customers
* Drive greater personalisation through creative and data-driven approaches
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns
* Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements

**Requirements**

* Experience in the CRM space, ideally with Email Service Provider (ESP) experience
* Strong understanding of marketing automation and data-driven marketing
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
