What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supervising students across Key Stage 3 and 4 (ages 11-16) in a range of subjects
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of their regular teacher
  • Maintaining classroom management and ensuring students stay on task
  • Gaining experience with different age groups and abilities, providing a diverse workday
  • Building relationships with staff and students, becoming a valued member of the school community
