Trainee Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our team at Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator for our residential sales team in Wallington on a Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

In this role, you will be helping people find their dream home. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
