About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers a comprehensive training and development program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the industry. You will work closely with our experienced agents to learn the ropes and develop your skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and booking valuations
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
