Job Summary:

The Talent Crowd is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Department in our Manchester office. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Partner and contribute to the smooth operation of our Personal Injury department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Partner, including preparing documents, corresponding with clients, and managing the Partner's schedule.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, and retrieve files as needed.
  • Communication: Prepare and send mail, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the Partner.
  • Diary Management: Manage the Partner's diary, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other secretaries and administrative staff as required.
  • Client Service: Attend client meetings, both in-person and over the phone, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of client and firm documentation at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a high degree of self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in the legal sector, particularly in Personal Injury, is essential. Experience with case management systems and audio typing skills are also desirable.
