This is a Permanent Full-Time role, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Salary range is between £21K - £23K based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and directing incoming telephone inquiries
- Documenting and communicating precise messages
- Handling email communications
- Collaborating with various documents
- Following up on outstanding documents from clients and external partners
- Inputting data into the company database
- Supporting the Business Development Managers in the Commercial Division to facilitate a seamless customer experience
