Job Title: Study Coordinator

This is a part-time 60% FTE role within the Product Development Team at Oxford Immunotec Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of blood donor databases and blood requirements in support of the company's Product Development and Quality Control activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Product Development and other departments to provide critical support activities for various projects.
  • Coordinate and maintain all database activities and blood requirements.
  • Act as the company phlebotomist and arrange and attend external and internal bleeds.
  • Liaise with various groups and companies within the UK to source blood from additional areas as required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company Quality Management System and Regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with blood donation groups and requesting departments.
  • Collect and enter data for Product Development studies and other teams as required.
  • Ensure accurate completion of CRFs, questionnaires, and Informed Consent forms.
Requirements:
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • A valid driving license and ability to transport.
  • Familiarity with Quality System concepts and requirements, including GMP and ISO systems.
  • Previous experience or qualifications in phlebotomy (training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of Windows and Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
  • Previous work experience, ideally in a customer service environment.
