We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Memorial Consultant to join our team at Dignity PLC. As a Memorial Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support during their most challenging times.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with clients to discuss their memorial requirements, ensuring that they are well advised and informed of all options.
- Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams regarding memorial requests and queries.
- Accompany clients to visit completed memorials on-site to ensure that their needs have been met.
- Witness and carry out interments based on client requests.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the processing of memorial agreements, ensuring compliance with cemetery/crematorium regulations.
- Communicate with administration staff to ensure that they have the necessary documentation and are aware of any further enquiries or orders.
- Annual salary of £23,000, with commission bonus opportunities.
- 22-25 days holiday + bank holidays.
