About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Memorial Consultant to join our team at Dignity PLC. As a Memorial Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support during their most challenging times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to discuss their memorial requirements, ensuring that they are well advised and informed of all options.
  • Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams regarding memorial requests and queries.
  • Accompany clients to visit completed memorials on-site to ensure that their needs have been met.
  • Witness and carry out interments based on client requests.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to the processing of memorial agreements, ensuring compliance with cemetery/crematorium regulations.
  • Communicate with administration staff to ensure that they have the necessary documentation and are aware of any further enquiries or orders.
