Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Stanley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our service users, enabling them to develop their skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as cooking, laundry, and personal care
  • Assist with household chores, including cleaning and maintenance
  • Support service users with activities and outings, such as swimming, shopping, and social events
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
