About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all front of house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Manage conflicts and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front of house management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
