NSS is a dedicated provider of property services, offering a range of solutions from building maintenance to specialized cleaning and equipment testing. Our reliable, in-house team operates nationwide, setting benchmarks for safety, efficiency, and quality.
We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Credit Control Team, with opportunities for a hybrid working model following the successful completion of the probationary period.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience with SAGE is preferred, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided
- Strong personal time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- A talent for building effective relationships
- A friendly yet professional demeanor, with the ability to apply pressure when necessary
- A collaborative spirit, enjoying teamwork in a growing organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Conduct credit assessments for new clients and create SAGE accounts
- Proactively follow up on outstanding debts across multiple divisions via phone and email
- Issue account statements
- Resolve complex queries
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the Credit Control system
- Post cash transactions to the sales ledger and ensure daily accuracy in allocations
- Recommend accounts for legal action when necessary
- Perform account reconciliations
- Provide weekly/monthly updates to the Credit Control Manager
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with additional duties as required
