The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our team at Worcester Resource Centre. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex Learning Disabilities, Physical needs, Mental Health, Autism, and other related health and social care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support and assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and emotional support.
- Develop and implement health action plans, eating and drinking plans, behaviour management plans, and epilepsy plans.
- Conduct robust risk assessments and provide support to individuals with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote independence and achieve individual outcomes.
- Provide support and enable individuals to access a wide range of community activities.
