Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Enablement team as a Fundraising Inquiries Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating formal inquiries from prospective investors, serving as project lead, and facilitating kick-off meetings to ensure timely and effective responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with functional teams to coordinate formal inquiries from prospective investors.
  • Serve as project lead and facilitate kick-off meetings, communicate key tasks, and coordinate with essential team members to complete prospective investor requests.
  • Responsible for RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and other client-related requests, including consultant portals and fundraising inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Compliance to ensure responses follow SEC marketing guidelines, when applicable.
  • Provide Sales Enablement support for Investor Relations for the Firm's global offices.
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams as appropriate to respond to various investor inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and RFP software is a plus.
  • Institutional investment management, private equity, or private wealth experience is a plus.
  • Prior marketing or sales support roles are a plus.
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment management/private equity/private wealth/marketing/RFP capacity is preferred.
