Position – Automotive Business Manager / Transaction Director

Location – Five Oaks

Compensation - £35,000 base salary, £66,000 OTE with a company vehicle and benefits.

A distinguished automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Transaction Director to guide their sales operations towards remarkable achievements. In this key role, you will be the foundation of the dealership's financial services and sales team, facilitating a smooth integration of sales tactics and financial solutions. Your proficiency will be vital in enhancing the customer purchasing journey, ensuring that every client receives personalized financial guidance and services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive sales or finance, with a demonstrated history of success in team management and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications

A thorough understanding of F & I products, along with adherence to industry regulations (FCA), is critical. Your ability to negotiate effectively, combined with an analytical perspective on sales trends and market conditions, will establish the groundwork for outstanding performance in this position.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive sales or finance management

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of F&I products and applicable legislation

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the financial services department, ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance
