In the UK, Safran Seats focuses exclusively on the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide-body aircraft, with dedicated industrial and engineering teams located in various regions.

The primary objective of this role is to proficiently oversee factory operations in alignment with the overall production strategy while minimizing process costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the production and/or delivery of products meet customer specifications.
• Strategically plan resources to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate production schedules with cross-functional managers.
• Identify and address training requirements to uphold quality standards in line with Quality Procedures.
• Foster a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
• Provide accurate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and manage budgets and performance targets.
• Implement practices to minimize health and safety risks to the greatest extent possible.
• Serve as a mentor and leader within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Supervisory or Management qualifications.
• Strong understanding of lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Proven experience leading teams in a high-density production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies, including QRQC Problem Solving.
