Job Title: Senior Substance Misuse Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Winchester. As a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with substance misuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with substance misuse issues.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions to support patients in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health) qualification.
  • RCGP 1 in Substance Misuse or willingness to undertake this training.
  • Experience working with patients with substance misuse issues.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
