Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a positive departmental culture while working within a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of applications on both web and mobile platforms.
- Enhance and refine testing practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Define and clarify the scope of testing activities.
- Investigate production issues to identify root causes.
- Ensure that acceptance criteria are met or appropriately adjusted.
- Validate that releases maintain high quality standards prior to deployment.
- Collaborate with product team members to identify and document defects.
- Maintain and update test packs, tools, and methodologies.
- Assist Business Analysts in detailing requirements alongside developers.
- Take charge of non-functional testing responsibilities.
- Develop executable acceptance criteria for features.
- Measure coverage of both functional and non-functional testing.
- Propose and deliver testing plans confidently.
- Actively suggest improvements to systems or introduce new tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to recommend technological solutions that align with business needs.
- Manage personal training and development requirements.
- Provide accurate estimates appropriate for the development lifecycle phase.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of quality principles and the ability to deliver on them.
- Familiarity with Continuous Deployment and Integration pipelines.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- A collaborative team player.
