Job Opportunity: Year 2/3 Teacher

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2/3 Teacher to join our team at a school that prioritizes the well-being and education of its students. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a well-organized classroom, and work collaboratively with other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver comprehensive lessons that cater to the needs of a class of enthusiastic Primary level pupils.
  • Ensure the safe use and storage of equipment, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff to achieve the school's goals and objectives.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the school's polite, friendly, and safe atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent experience as a Primary level Supply Teacher – Key Stage 1.
  • Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behavior management.
