About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume store leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store standards.
  • Lead and coach a team of retail colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service, sales performance, and store standards.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and store performance to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
