Business Analyst - HR and Payroll

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, with a focus on HR and Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process design, business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business functions to identify how IT change can support their plans and challenge business processes.
  • Operate throughout the entire IT life cycle, from initial project inception to effective support through to business as usual.
  • Deliver business change and technical projects, with experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering (BPR).
  • Articulate business problems into formal business requirements and functional requirements.
  • Develop strong generic business analysis skills, with accreditations demonstrating expertise.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail and Labour Scheduling Tools from a Business Analyst capacity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface between IT and business users.
  • Accreditations in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA.
  • Experience working on Operations Projects around HR and Payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR or Oracle Fusion is highly advantageous.
