Job Title: Test Analyst

At Lifetime Training, we are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team. As a Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the test strategy for our software platform and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop testing plans for our data products and pipelines, including Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Design test guidelines and standards for our team.
  • Work with the development team to implement test automation, setting up test scripts, test data, and automation test frameworks.
  • Support root cause analysis of defects and recommend resolution of system issues.
  • Identify test defects and recommend appropriate solutions for issues.
Requirements:
  • Business analysis experience, working collaboratively with stakeholders to document test cases and scenarios from their business requirements.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to take a project and run with it.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong eye for detail and experience of chasing down bugs to identify the root causes of issues.
  • A team player, with the ability to work well with others, argue your point of view, and make suitable compromises.
  • Technical skills, with experience of testing software applications and confidence with SQL queries and scripting automated test routines.
