**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support for HOP menu settings, pricing reviews, and invoice management
* Sort and organize contracts and relevant documents
* Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
* Maintain the customer-facing app's tidiness
* Assist the HOP team with ad-hoc administration tasks

**Requirements:**

* 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and oral) for clear communication with stakeholders
* Basic Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
