Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Engineers

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Omega, part of the Staffline Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine machinery and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and implement innovative solutions to improve plant performance.
Requirements:
  • ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or maintenance.
  • HND or HNC diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
