Job Title: Commercial and Contract Supervisor

Are you a seasoned commercial professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for contract management and business growth? We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Contract Supervisor to join our team at RM Education.

About the Role

The Commercial and Contract Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the Business Growth team in all matters of contract and commercial management. This includes centrally managing the life cycle of RM client contracts to support client retention, providing commercial and contract support to existing clients, and leading commercial negotiations at all levels within the customer organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the life cycle of RM client contracts to support client retention.
  • Provide commercial and contract support to existing clients.
  • Lead commercial negotiations at all levels within the customer organisation.
  • Support the bid management process, providing commercial challenge and rigor as part of the solution design.
  • Own the creation of the contract obligation tracker for all new contract wins.
  • Lead governance sessions to ensure RM leadership teams are kept informed of changes to plans, solutions, commercial and financial implications.
  • Support the leadership of contract renewals within the Business with a shared objective to achieve all renewal targets and expand customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Commercial experience of leading and successfully completing commercial and financial contract negotiations for contracts.
  • Outstanding track record in building and maintaining strong, trusting customer relationships in a commercial environment.
  • Proven experience of working with Senior Leadership teams to manage expectations and drive positive outcomes in complex commercial programmes.
