Position Overview

Role: B2B Sales Consultant - Tele Sales

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Permanent contract with a company pension plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication.
  • Acquire new business while nurturing existing and dormant clients.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships to enhance account retention and growth.
  • Utilize a comprehensive database of current and prospective clients to optimize outreach.
  • Strategically manage existing accounts using a CRM system.
  • Drive business growth through determination, strategic planning, and refined sales techniques.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport, particularly through outbound calls.
