Job Title: Used Car Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Professional to join our team at Renault Wirral, a leading automotive retail dealership in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling used cars and nearly new vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host customers for initial consultations and show-and-tells at the dealership
• Carry out test drives and guide buyers through the sales process
• Resolve customer queries and collect payment before releasing the vehicle
• Explain warranty and service/maintenance arrangements
• Sell add-on products and finance packages
• Demonstrate car features to customers and provide full, professional vehicle handovers

Requirements:

• Superb personal presentation and a dedication to providing customers with the best service
• Recent vehicle sales experience with main dealers or car supermarket experience
• A full UK Driver's licence

Working Hours:

• Alternating 4- and 6-day weeks
• Week 1: 4 weekdays
• Week 2: 4 weekdays plus Sat & Sun
• Weekdays: 8:30am to 6pm
• Saturdays: 8:30am to 5pm
• Sundays: 10am to 4pm
