About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Get Support IT Services. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and optimize technology solutions for clients
  • Work closely with clients to ensure smooth operation of their IT systems, meeting operational Key Performance Indicators and fulfilling contract obligations
  • Lead project delivery, coordinating with clients and third parties to install, configure, and deploy software
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment and implementation of hardware and software
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service to end-users and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT support environment, preferably within an MSP
  • Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with hands-on experience in Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange management
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022), including Active Directory and other server roles and features
  • Advanced experience with Windows 10
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and administration
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting
  • Project Management skills, including customer service and communication

Desirable Qualities:

  • Project Experience: previous experience managing technical projects
  • Hands-on experience with the deployment, configuration, and management of technical solutions

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
