About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Executive to join our team at Assembly. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to brief and collaborate on multiple deliverables, including campaign briefs, bi-weekly reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Oversee the campaign implementation process across a range of channels, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist in managing internal status updates and team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with the wider planning and channel teams to enhance collaboration.
  • Support with bi-weekly reports by collating and reviewing commentary.
  • Support account governance and administrative tasks, ensuring tools are kept tidy and updated.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
