About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content across our Sports Direct ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies to engage our target audience and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team and wider Marketing Team to ideate and produce innovative content concepts.
  • Write and edit copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Work closely with the Video Team to develop and produce high-quality video content.
  • Interview athletes, influencers, and campaign subjects to gather insights and inspiration for content creation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice and tone to ensure consistency across all content channels.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to develop visually appealing content that aligns with our brand aesthetic.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write in different styles and to other people's direction.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gain an accurate understanding of our target audience and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for sports and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
